Booked a tour in advance for a badlands tour. When we got there they were having mechanical issues. They said they had contacted me to let me know of the issues, they hadn't. They said to call back in a couple hours. I did twice. They never got back to me. We were extremely disappointed.
Wonderful flight with excellent and friendly people. Would recommend to anyone headed to the Black Hills.
