I had by far the best experience with Black Hat Security. From the initial starting the account to installation i was extremely satisfied. The installation Technician went above and beyond to make sure i knew exactly what he was doing and that i was comfortable with the new system he installed. I will be recommending Black Hat Security to everyone i know.

Black hat security is the most positive experience I have had with a company. From the phone call with Cameron and Destiny to the install with Landon and Devin everything went 100% smooth and they did everything they could to make my experience great. I absolutely loooooove Black Hat!!!! Jorge came and did my installation and was so great. He was so friendly and took the time to fully explain the system to me. I couldn’t recommended them more.
I just had Black Hat out to install our security system. From the moment I called and talked to Courtney to discuss what I needed, to when Zach came out and installed it today, they were great. He was very knowledgeable and gave me confidence that I went with the right company for my system. He made sure I knew exactly what he was doing and explained everything in great detail. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. Their pricing is also very competitive with excellent payment options.
We switched from ADT and couldn't be happier. From ordering the system with Courtney to the insulation with Jorge and Zack everyone was so nice, helpful and informative. Install techs were on time. We are so excited about all the new technology and extra protection we have for our home now! Will definitely be recommending to our family and friends.

Landon came and did our install this past week. He did such an awesome job! We are so happy with the work he did. Our house feels much more comforting now that we have our security system in place. He made sure we understood how to use the equipment and answered any questions we had. Landon was also courteous of our house and wore shoe covers the entire time we was there.
