Hi there, I have been trying to get ahold of u guys for almost a month now, and I have also left 2 voice mail messages. Emailed you, and sent a message to ur Facebook, which shows that you read it. How can I speak with someone about my account???? I will be showing up at your facility this week, and if I can’t talk to someone I will be contacting the better business bureau. Thank you.
It would be nice if they would answer the phone or at least call you back. Their security got me in trouble with the phx police, they said they would handle it but they have not. They will not even give me the courtesy of a call back. I have multiple systems with them.
Everything started out well, but it wasn’t long before I began to regret my purchase, the equipment is mediocre at best, works when it wants and it takes forever to have someone come out to do anything about it. Also if you have issues with the system outside of regular business hours, you’ll just have to wait to speak to someone until the next business day. It’s great! (Sarcasm) but at least, it’s a just 3 year contract.... great. Don’t waste your money with Black Hat Security.
Thank you Black Hat for sending Landon to fix our doorbell video camera. He fixed the problem right away, and he also helped me to get the video on my iPad and iPhone. He is just so nice, and answered all of my questions. I really appreciate all of his help!!!

Install was easy and JD was very knowledgeable! He was great and answered all of my questions! The upgrade in technology is worth it and gives me peace of mind!
Wow! What a difference having a professional company and installer make! We switched over from another provider this weekend, and Landon was amazing! He had lots of insight and was able to point out flaws in our existing system. In just 24 hours, I can already see how much better our Black Hat system is!
