Landon was the installer he did a great job explaining the device to us. They were able to come out the next week after contacting them for a quote.

Today I switched to Black Hat Security. Jorge Penagos, the security installer, was very friendly and knowledgeable and a plus loves dogs. Jorge talked me through the whole system, how to use the security system in home, on our cell phones, and the use of the new door bell system. Jorge walked me through setting up my accounts and how to change the set ups via the internet. Jorge checked all sensors before leaving as well as all doors.
