Can't say enough good things about this place! Excellent service! Excellent food! Locally sourced and prepared fresh and from scratch. Come prepared to relax and enjoy!
We had an awesome experience at the weyerbach takeover. Great food and great beer. So unique and enjoyable.. yum. Can't wait for another experience!!!
I don't write many reviews (any actually), but this is an outstanding establishment! The tap selection is very good, the bottle list is awesome, and the food is phenomenal! If you haven't been here before and you like unique beer and out-of-the-box food, you are truly missing out on an experience that will surely make you a regular!
Waited an hour and a half for our food to come out and decided to go elsewhere. Watched 3 tables that came in after Us get their food and finish it before we decided to leave. Sorry but I will never go back...
Went there looking for a cozy atmosphere and a drink. Somewhere with a more mature crowd. Found amazing food, exceptionally friendly staff, and a strawberry infusion drink I'd never heard of before. The perfect date night with my husband.

Have always had great food, beer, and service at The Gryphon. I just don't understand why more people don't know and go to The Black Gryphon.
The food was very good and unique. The beer list, extensive. The best part of the experience was the interacting with the owner. What a cool dude. He came and sat at our table while explaining the beer he has (which is not your run-of-the-mill brews). He is very passionate about beer and his business and is very creative. Visit! You will not be disappointed.
