Though difficult, due to COVID19, to contact Black Forest Decor by phone or eMail, hang in there because they are not ignoring you, they are just overwhelmed. Once able to communicate with them, I was given top notch customer service! In my experience, they strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction. Thank you Black Forest Decor.
So far - I don't recommend. I placed an order over a week ago and so far have not yet received an order confirmation. Therefore, I don't know if I atually placed an order. Without an Order Number I don't have the ability to check. I was able to send a request for information and the message on their web page said I would receive a response in 4 hours or less. I made my order December 1 2019 and I received finally the rest of the order January 8 2020. I was very disappointed because they charged every single item from my purchase without telling me that they didn't have one item until one month later. They play this game with costumer all the times and it isn't fair. They are off my list and I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT LEAST THAT U WANT TO WAIT FOR YOUR MERCHANDISE MORE THAN WHAT'S EXPECTED
The business practices of this company are deceptive at best. I ordered a comforter pillow shams and extra pillow. All showed in stock. I received an email stating the order was placed and all four items were shipped with shipping information for all four. when the items were received there were only the pillow shames in the package. one item on the packing slip stated it was on backorder and would not be shipped for over three months.
