Utensil bear and moose crock, couldn't get it back in the box fast enough. Cheap Chinese crock that animals weren't even totally painted. They are buying Chinese junk and selling as quality. STAY AWAY

We ordered a bedspread a few months ago at close to $200.00 that had a nice design. In just a short time the spread has come apart and ripped in a number of spots. I called to report this obvious flaw and was told that was "normal wear and tear" and no claim could be filed. We will NEVER purchase another item from this company. DM Range Officer, Phoenix, AZ

STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOLKS! They're a bunch of crooks! Makes me wonder how they can stay in business. Words for the wise. I wish I would have checked previous reviews before ordering. I placed an order for $250.00. I get an e-mail from Black Forest Decor that some items are on back order and cannot ship for 5 months, but the items in stock have been shipped. I was happy enough with what I ordered, but I don't understand why a set of placemats at these prices would be shipped loose in the package and not sealed in a package of its own.

WISH THEY HAD "0" STARS DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THEY SELL CRAP FURNITURE. I bought a birthday present for my dying wife who had six brain surgeries and spent nine months in hospitals. We were married on the red rocks in Sedona and since i now needed a night table with drawers to hold her meds and clensers etc i bought this Kensington 3 drawer night table for her. I would give this business zero stars if possible. I bought an outdoor mat that didn't look like the picture and when I went to return it, it was $71.29 to return it on the slowest cheapest way possible. I knew I would have to pay for return shipping which I have done a million times. A door mat has never been that expensive. They should disclose the high expense to ship to their location.

Bought a "Bear Stories" quilt and was astonished by the POOR quality. Was super thin and cheap looking, flee market quality at best. To think they are charging us $100 for this kind of product is disgusting, because they know what they are doing, selling cheap Chinese "knock-offs" for maximum profit. Shame on you "Black Forest Decor!!!

We ordered a sofa cover for $64 plus. We opened the package after delivery and our chins and hearts hit the floor. Spreading it out we saw there was no batting and it was just two shaped pieces of very cheap fabric sewn together. I was devastated. We put it on and when you sit down even very gently, the back immediately falls down behind you. If you sit down gently or move the slightest bit the cloth yanks all around. BEWARE!! Purchased a love seat cover. Didn't even come close to covering the love seat. HAD TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING. Then they deducted the original shipping from my refund. What a rip-off. Use to like Black Forest. Won't ever buy from them again.
