Terrible customer service!! My brother booked an appt here at 2:00 today. Unfortunately after an hour drive, we get there and they say they thought he was a no show because his appt was at 12:30. They basically called him a liar and told us we could stay and wait two hours for them to fit him in. His tattoo was going to take four hours plus we would have an hour drive back. Nice clean place, freindly place. MY first tattoo was amazing went back for my second and it was even better. Jamie did both and I couldnt be happier. Best Shop in WV.

Jennifer did my nose piercing. She was so nice and explained what she was doing and how to take care of it before doing the piercing. I will definitely be returning for more in the future!
