I’m a new customer to Black Eagle in the last two months I’ve gotten 3 new tatt’s n there amazing!! The shop is so clean n the staff has amazing talent.. they actually make you feel like part of the family at Black Eagle.. thanks to Ryan n Hannah for the amazing work they’ve done on my tatts!!!!

I went in and was refused a tattoo on my hand bc it’s a “job stopper” don’t fee it’s anyone’s place to say where I should get a tattoo. Especially if I am paying for it! Whatever- plenty of better artists anyways!!!
Jennifer is UH-mazing, very knowledgeable, and explains how to take care of your piercing. If you are looking for a professional, CLEAN tattoo shop then come to Black Eagle! Definitely recommend over any other shop in WV. Thanks again guys for being so nice! 🙃♥️

Jen pierced my 2nd lobes today and she was AMAZING!! Super down to earth. The process was pain free as well, super clean and quick. Definitely coming back to see her for other work!!

I recently got my nostril pierced (again). It was a spur of the moment kinda of thing. Amber and Jen were so nice letting me get in. It was a nice stress free environment. I highly recommend piercings here!! :)
