Nice clean place, freindly place. MY first tattoo was amazing went back for my second and it was even better. Jamie did both and I couldnt be happier. Best Shop in WV.

My daughter and I had our daith pierced and I had my nose pierced. I was really surprised how clean and sanitary they are. The gentlemen that did the piercings was knowledgeable and very nice. I am over joyed with my piercings. I will be back to do my future tattoos and piercings.
I’ve always been scared of needles but have always wanted a tattoo. I went on a day that was walk in Saturday’s. I’ve had a vision of what I’ve wanted for three years, after waiting anxiously and bundled with nerves it was my turn. Max was understanding and done an amazing job! I will definitely be going back when I decide on another well worth the hour and a half drive!!!
I love my tattoo. Enjoyed the whole experience. Staff is really friendly and willing to answer my questions that I had. I will be coming back there in the future to get more tattoos.
Got my belly button pierced here 3/21/19 loved the piercer she was super nice quick and to the point went over after care well and made me feel comfortable to ask any questions I might have she got the dots straight the first time and pierced spot on them (yay no dreaded crooked piercing!) despite me having a chubbier belly which was a huge fear of mine but she had no trouble what so ever. 100% recommend and I’ll definitely be returning for any future piercings.
Black eagle is a fantastic place I absolutely love my Piercing! I highly recommend them!
