So disappointed! Everything from the floors to the espresso machine was filthy dirty. GF waffle was hands down the worst I’ve ever eaten.
Food and waffle presentation was GREAT!! Loved the menu options and will definitely create my own next time. Customer service was sub-par. I expected a more friendly, bubbly, outgoing interaction with the staff or some suggestions to sell me on the staff's waffle of choice as I couldnt decide which toppings looked best. I was most disappointed in the cleanliness of the restaurant: Tabletops were not cleaned off, floors appeared unmopped (particularly under all tables/counters) and walls were very scuffed up. Finally made it out here on Easter. The staff was friendly and kind! The food was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be back! It did take about 20 minutes for our waffles, but the cashier told us that when we were ordering so it wasn't unexpected
