Absolutely awful. Waited 20 minutes at lunch counter before I was even offered a drink. Server didn't even know what came on a burger. 40 minutes it took to make a cheeseburger and it was dead. Very seldom saw a server but what I did see was dirty tables and dishes all around me. Never given silverware or napkins the entire time. Cold fries and the burger tasted like last weeks. I want to thank the management for introducing us to the worst possible service and food. Slow service. New system made everything slow, it took 30 mins before drinks orders were taken, coffee never got refilled, water were never refilled Horrible food. My scrambled egg was crunchy, becoz of 2 egg shells, they successfully made the potatoes bitter and i didn’t know that was possible, pancake was raw inside. Missing ingredients. I frequent this TA because Black Bear is here and can get a decent meal while on the road. There are not a lot of options when you are driving an 18 wheeler. However, today, I sat at the bar for 30 minutes and was told twice “be right with you” and no one even stopped to take a drink order. I just walked out, waste of time.
