We photographed a wedding here in May. The staff was extremely nice to work with. The grounds around the inn was fantastic for photographic opportunities. Food was really good too. John. South Street Studios Freehold NJ
Love this place. My wife and I have been going there for our anniversary the last 5 years and it's never a bad experience. The food is alway great, the service has been timely and the senic walk across the bridge is wonderful. Even the valet parking guys are polite and friendly.
The Black Bass is one of my favorite establishments in Bucks County. The setting is spectacular, the menu interesting and the staff and service exceptional. I've been there for several "special" events and celebrations as well as quite a few casual meals and each time have enjoyed good grub and thoughtful service. The view of the Delaware from the back deck is one of the best in the area. It's a treat to go to the Black Bass and a "must" when friends or family are visiting. Thank you!

Steven Schwartz is obviously a miserable malcontent. If going out to a restaurant was one of the worst experiences he's had in several years, then he must lead a charmed life. His comments are nasty, his complaints are petulant and childish and he seems to have a rather large ego and unjustifiable sense of self-importance. I have been going to the Black Bass since they re-opened about 5 years ago, and I've always had great food, great service and a lovely time, but....it's probably because I don't go there with a lousy attit... read more

Our 40 the Anniversary was celebrated here on 10-13-13. What an exquisite cocktail party . Relatives and friends enjoyed the view and an evening in the guest rooms. We stayed in the bridal suite. Amazing view of the river. Rooms were decorated beautifully, impeccably clean & comfy. A wonderful memory was made. Thank you, BLACK BASS HOTEL.
Great atmosphere....food was good. Not Great.
We spent our initial honeymoon at the Black Bass (we're off to Ireland later in the year). The location, food, room (Suite Lorraine), and service were so wonderful we are going to come back every year for our anniversary.
