Celebrated my sons Birthday! Our waitress gave my son a large cookie/ice cream with lit candle after our dinner! We didn’t ask for it! I just happened to mention my sons birthday. My son was embarrassed. I thought our waitress was very very attentive enough to our needs! Shes very nice and not the kind who always comes back every second while having family conversations. Hate those kind of waitress. Especially in time while u have food in your mouth! Food was good! Service was good!
Have always enjoyed this restaurant in the past however, tonight, the service and management was worse than I have experienced in years. The manager, Erin definitely needs awareness, delegation and leadership training. Our waitress was bombarded with the responsibilities of tending bar, taking orders, cleaning off tables and delivering orders.
