GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! STARTING FROM THE HOSTESS AT THE DOOR TO THE WAITRESS!!
Always a pleasure eating here for many celebrations and it's the last time my mom took me there for my 30th birthday! Antoinette out server and Jonathan the manager were especially nice and very accommodating. Everyone in my party thoroughly enjoyed their food and the ambience. I definitely will be back!customer Service and food were excellent!
My husband and I go to the Whittier location and have always had a very good experience...if for some reason they've forgotten something they have gone over and beyond to make things right and make sure we leave there happy. I have to say the Manager there is amazing, he has even gone as far as bring us champagne when hearing it's our Anniversary!!
We go to the One in Cerritos but yesterday we decided to go to the Whittwood one. My husband and I had the best time. Our waitress was so kind and polite. She was very attentive with us. The food was great and got it the way we ordered it. I was so pleased. I hope when we go back we get the same treatment.
Haven't been to Black Angus for years. Wasn't really expecting much because it was a place that's just eh. Well this time. We had 6 ladies and all of us were impressed. Food was pretty darn good. I will visit again soon.
Took 15 min to get a bud light while people at the bar were on the second beer poor service.
