very good food, waitress and manager are awesome people who are making sure each customer special.
By far one of the best meals I have had in a long time, and our server was amazing.
Save your money and go to elsewhere. Service was okay but didn’t get utensils till 20 minutes after our meals arrived. Both my husband’s and my steaks were butterflied open to appear larger.. lol and all of 4oz steaks at best. Waiter never came back for check so after 20 minutes of waiting we took it to the front counter. The image this restaurant portrays online is nothing but a fancy online image to get customers in the door.
Food was so dry artichokes were multi colored made me lose my appetite my steak had so much fat and my baked potato was cold
The lunch was great! I was served a soda and then I ordered the prime rib open faced sandwich. When the sandwich arrived I had to ask a different server for utensils. And partway through my meal when my server should’ve come around to refill my drink she was on her cell phone behind the bar. I never did get a refill on my drink. They served me scraps from the tenderloin as a filet mignon AFTER totally forgetting my order in the first place so trying to speed cook it and butterflying my filet mignon because of there mistake the manager also gave us no resolution in fixing the matter what so ever and walked away from our table with us not happy and he was obviously mad as well. He is not professional in customer service. Smh. Just go to Texas Roadhouse and get better food for a better price.
