The more expensive steaks are usually good. If you use a coupon or a special you get the B team steaks which have more connective tissue and are tougher. They get really busy which backs everything up. Takes forever to get seated and takes forever to get your food. If you eat there, plan on spending a lot of time there. They also have a problem cooking the steaks to the right temperature. I'm not talking a little bit to the next temperature, I'm talking about from medium rare to getting medium well. Terrible customer service. The young lady at the reception area. Is not gracious. She is not helpful and she is rude. Just left there.
steak was very thin, rubbery.. appetizers were pre-packaged low quality..waitress very unfriendly, never checked in with us...rushed everything...got check and it was higher than the promo on the menu, waitress stated the ribeye steak was more, I stated she never informed me of that, she said nothing and just walked away...food quality not worth the expensive price...thought we were going in for a top shelf dining experience...instead got the drive through window experience.

I paid more than 50 dollars for food delivery. The food was mis-delivered. The manager didn't care. Said it was the delivery service problem and was not willing to help. That is a mistake on his part.
