Service was horrible! Was with someone else they had the filet mignon as well, it was tough. Absolutely horrible dinner.

Was there last Friday. It took over an hour to get our order, one of us had to leave just when her order came so had to have it boxed. Waitress was rushed off her feet, poor thing. Understaffed and need to hire more servers. Food is mediocre, salmon very good. Beef/steaks poor. We meet there because of convenience. We enjoy the salmon, always good! Delicious bread, courteous and helpful wait people. Wait times very inconsistent. You need to hire more wait people.
The food was super good. The service, not so much.
The server was good however once we got there the computers went down and it took 1 hour to get water and some bread. Our waitress was the only one that knew how to write orders like the old days. She worked her butt off and was tired. They did comp us one order of cheesybread but with7 people there wasnt enough for everybody to have a piece. I didnt get any.Most of the waitresses were just sitting around. I was very upset as that was my birthday dinner with my family. Worst experience

Our server Meagan was awesome...our reservation was at 8 pm and we were seated by 8:05pm!!! My filet mignon and lobster rail was great but my husband's prime rib and shrimp were not so good!!! We will give them snirger try!
I love this place, but we both ordered prime rib and it was fatty, super thin cut, and no taste. I had green beans that were so chewy that I ended up spitting them out because you couldn't eat them. My Caesar salad had so much dressing on it that it was soggy. After 4 bites I pushed it aside. Dinner was over $50, not enjoyable, so we will have to think about going there again. It has gone downhill!!
