This was such a great experience. All of the staff from the hostess stand, waitress, and bus staff were happy, helpful and fast. I'll be back again!
Great food, but felt a little rushed as main courses arrived while still eating our salads necessitating juggling plates on a crowded table. Waitperson should allow patrons to finish their first course (and take away plates or bowls) before serving the second. Loved the warm birthday cookie á la mode!
Food was good but service was very disappointing! When our food server first came to the table, she mentioned she was new which sadly became very evident during our meal. We waited forever for our food and I suspect she may have forgot to put our order in initially. I ordered a meal that came with a side salad that she finally brought with the rest of my meal. Typically, the salad is served first. When we finally got out food, she never came back to check to see if everything was ok. I had to track someone down for more ice ... read more

Worst service we have ever had.... Got there at 7:30 waited 40 min to be seated then we never got our bread, didn't get our food until 9:15. Portions of condiments were too small. And server gave attitude when I said that I wasn't happy with our meal and then said ( what up with it ) with his hands up in the air. We didn't even get our dessert until after we had paid for our meals. The manager however was polite and gave us the cost of a free plate taken off our bill. I will never go back to that restaurant again !!!!!!!

Only a couple people inside, but took us forever to place our order. No eye contact, it seemed as if she was a recorder just repeated her same question to us from table to table. Can't anyone be real with eye contact, patience and look happy for your job. :(
