dishes were nasty had food baked onto it just like the silverware. the booths were full of dust. cheap crap food. twice baked potatoes had cheese and green onion on it the burger had a chewy as hell bun with lettuce tomatoes pickers. no condiments. just crap if I could I would give no star but since I have too they get one star

My wife and I visited Black Angus at the Spokane Valley mall last night. We were very disappointed! My Wife had the BBQ Chicken and Ribs, both the chicken and ribs were over cooked and very dry. I had the 12oz Rib Eye steak, my steak came about 3/8" to 1/2" thick and looked like about 8oz. I commented about it, was told it was a 12oz steak. The waitress ask me to check to see if it was cooked right, I had ordered it medium rare, it was maybe medium. I have been a patron since 1982 and never ever had a bad experience and the snacks or meals are always done to your liking, will continue to visit BA on regular basis. Thank you
We eat there every time we go to Spokane. We can make our reservations on line, the food is always excellent, the wait staff is always helpful and friendly. The time between courses is a little long but this allows for a relaxing meal and time to talk and enjoy the company. We love the Campfire Feast.
The food was really good, huge portions! The staff was great!
I have the grilled salmon loaded baked potato and a salad with ranch and it was excellent had a good service and a good time
Horrible service and even more horrible food. Will never go back there

We loved it! Went there to celebrate our anniversary last week, our waitress was great and our food was perfect.
My husband and I had a wonderful dinner at Black Angus in Spokane Valley on Saturday night... We enjoyed every bit of it, quality of food served, staff was great to us, reasonably priced, and nice atmosphere. We will be back...they surpassed our expectations ( and we are quite picky) . We usually stay away from "chain" restaurants ... but enjoyed this one!
