Went in on a Tuesday and the customer service was average. Order some Nachos to start off with and I almost swallowed a bread bag clip that was melted under the cheese in my chip. Then we got our meals and I can honestly say I can get better food at Applebee's especially for the price. I will not be going back to Black Angus.

My wife and I have been going here for years because the food and service are usually great. I took her there for her Birthday Saturday and was greatly disappointed. The food was not good, the portions seemed to be much smaller and the overall service was lousy. Maybe they have had personnel changes because it just wasn't the same.
It was all right, old-school, like it always has been. It is no longer a premier steakhouse, more of a run-of-the-mill fast food steakhouse. Portions are smaller than they used to be, the atmosphere is outdated, and the prices are higher than they should be. As long as you know what you're getting when you walk in the door, it's acceptable. But if you were expecting a Morton's or Ruths Chris experience, you're in the wrong place.
TOTALLY LOVE THE PRIME RIB.... WAS KINDA BUMMED THAT THEY DON'T MAKE GARLIC MASHED POTATOES..ALSO THEY CHANGED THE POTATOE SOUP WHICH WAS BOMB.. NOW IT HAS CHUNKS OF POTATOE... I PREFERED IT SMOOTH.. STILL THE PORTIONS ARE GOOD .. THE SERVICE IS AMAXING AND THE TASTE IS TO DIE FOR... .MY FAVORITE PLACE INNN SPOKANE
Tabletop was nine famished adults, wait staff was top notch, the food delivery was awesome, and the food was prepared beyond note, thank you Black Angus!
Went in for our 18th anniversary dinner. We decided on the campfire special. The apps, entrees and dessert were all amazing. We will be back.
We celebrated my sisters birthday and it was great. The waitstaff were very attentive to our needs and showed patients with my sometimes difficult family.
I had lunch and it was wonderful! Good food good people much fun. Plus I had a coupon. Yah
