The front desk people are knowledgeable about cars. The technical repairmen and their section heads listens to the concerns of car owners. They do their job very well and redo some tiny little details you want it done. They do very good job that I'm referring B&L to all my friends and ZAMNAI Filipino community organization that I used to head as president here in Illinois.
Geno took great care of my car . Replaced both side view mirror glass & repaired the driver side mirror assembly . Outstanding .

Staff is remarkably friendly and knowledgeable. Did I mention patient. The owner was quick to solve my accident repair car problem, he explained in detail how the damage would be fixed, and how long it would take. He proceeded to give me the EXACT total cost up front.
