I have heard about B&L for many years and recently my car was sideswiped (H&R) and had to take it in for a claim. This is a really great establishment. Everyone is so kind and helpful. I took my car to get a quote for replacing two doors and a fender. They quoted me the repairs at half of what other garages were quoting in half the work time. Brandon was super awesome. He helped me get the best price since I was paying out of pocket. Everyone was super nice and helpful when dropping the car off and when picking it up. Diamond’s customer service is above and beyond. B&L was the best experience ever in vehicle body repair and they made the “hit & run” damage fade into a distant memory in just a few days. Not only was my car bumper brand new again, but the level of care, courtesy & professionalism that was extended by everyone truly allowed me to shake my negative state of mind pronto. Yes. What a great place. Girls behind the counter were super nice. All B&L have to offer now a days wow !! Gino took us on a tour of the place. As always fixed Momma Amy’s new car just beautiful. And rode out of there with a new car wash too. Thank you guys. What a wonderful experience.

I love Chicago for many reasons but primarily the people. I'm driving across country with a 4 month old puppy from California to Boston solo when something potentially catastrophic happened to my jeep Wrangler. Jimmy and his crew were not only remarkably friendly and kind they went out of their way to make sure I got back on there road. SAFELY. I wish I could give 10 stars.
