I worked with Matt and spoke with Gino. Both were very honest and everyone there was friendly and honest. I appreciate that Matt walked me through all of the repairs and pointed out what needed to be fixed and why. I would definitely recommend B&L.
This is not only one of the finest auto repair shops in the nation, but one of the finest businesses. You can tell the owners are honest, the workers are efficient and the business is built on pleasing customers. With the family I have, I have a continuing need for an auto repair shop that is fair, reasonable and does excellent work. I found that place here.

Genuinely friendly and helpful to give me my estimate. Gino (owner) made me feel like my needs were more important then his. His staff looked like they actually enjoyed their jobs. I'll be back.
Okay I don't normally tout customer experiences and do those review things, but... ...I just picked up my car from being fixed and not only did they call me twice with general updates on the repairs, I just left with a t shirt, a goody bag, and window guards were thrown in with repairs, so I can have my windows open when it rains. When I tell you they are THE BEST Auto Body Repair Shop IN Chicago?? I mean just that. Gino and his crew are THE BUSINESS. Demetrius, my account rep took excellent care of my vehicle the entire time, providing me updates and they worked with my insurance claims department continuously. I've been there TWICE in three months) neither were my fault. They even handle the return of the rental for you!! THE BEST. That is all..
