Terrible service!!!! Took forever to get my takeout order. Good thing I was waiting at the bar and had a beer. Heather was too lazy to go back and get my food herself and she was also too lazy to actually write down my order so they forgot to substitute the sun dried tomatos. She obviously typed in the Gourmet Mac and Cheese which they charged me for but I never got. I wonder how bad the service is when they actually get busy? I gave 1 star because it would not let me give 0 stars
We had fun the drinks were very good BJ"s is very clean would recommend it to anyone
Amazing service!! My pizza didn't come out right and the manager brought me a new one and my waiter gave me free dessert! They were apologetic and everything was really great.
The food is fantastic & the service is fast & fun! The beer ain't bad either! You should go...often!!!
My wife and I decided to attend BJ's for lunch on a random vacation day. We walked in with a warm welcome from our Bar tender, Jamie. Jamie was very knowledgeable of all the variety of beer, as well as the menu. He was so kind, so fast and so well spoken. We will most certainly be returning to the BJ's Brewhouse in the Highlands for great service, food and drinks.
After waiting an hour for a table, followed by another hour for my salad, I was served extra protein in my salad (and I'm not talking about grilled chicken.) After consuming the majority of my salad I found an uncooked 2 inch cricket covered in my avacado ranch dressing. The wait staff was wonderful and was very apologetic to the situation, but the manager on the other hand, dismissed the whole situation and refused to take responsibility for the situation. Great service. Miguel was awesome tending to our needs, I didn't have to ask for him.ahi tuna salad was deliciouso.....
We got the appetizer that belonged to the table next to us. When we told the server she was going to give it to them even after we had already ate out of it. That will keep us from ever going back. Who knows what they've done in the past. The food was good. The server was friendly but the service was not all that great.
