Four out of five trips to this location, the service has been very poor, slow slow slow.. Today being the worst of the worst and the on duty manager said he would make sure our drinks were refilled and we waited a further ten minutes for that and then after waiting so long for our meal we reminded them about the birthday pzookie and that had been forgotten about as well... I can honestly say as much as I love your cream soda it would have to be a good offer to pursuade me to come back..
