Extremely slow service. Arrived at 4:30 on Sunday 9/2 and most the place was empty besides two tables in the bar and around 6 tables in the restaurant. We sat in the bar thinking it would be faster and ordered clam chowder and the Santa Fe Salad and low and behold we received it around 5:35. It would have been nice to have been told in the beginning to not expect food for an hour; I chose this place thinking it would be faster than Cheesecake Factory. We really enjoy this place. Always great staff, food and drinks. Food is priced good and we have enjoyed every new item we have tasted. The sparkling sangria was AMAZING! Was pleasantly surprised that on Father’s Day they gave each dad a glass and 20% gift card. Thanks you BJ’s and staff! Karen
I love this restaurant. The only reason I say 4 stars is because I've had a couple orders come out wrong before. Otherwise, thisis my absolute favorite place to go eat when I visit close friends in Tacoma.
The food was good and the service was very good.
I love this place...had a great time as usual and our server Crystal was excellent!!
Took our group 47 minutes to finally be seated, because the group before us took their time. The waitstaff DID supply us with complimentary appetizers while we waited, however. That was the only real gripe I had. Once seated, service was excellent and food was delicious.
Had a great time last night at BJ's wonderful food great atmosphere great service we'll go again.
