Favorite place to eat and tonight I had the worst experience. Thank you to the manager for taking care of the bill and understanding our frustrations. Staff in back and front of the house need better communication with each other and guests. Also make sure you’re bringing out the correct food to your tables. I tried to wait out as long as I could but the hair in my friends food was the last straw and we had to leave. It must have been an off night but I hope this location improves or else I won’t be back.

Took my kiddo here today for her birthday. From the start it was horrible. I checked in with Stephanie, the hostess. Received a text saying no wait. After 15 minutes of not being called I asked Stephanie what was going on. She had a crappy attitude. Cut to being seated. It took another 15 minutes for our drinks to arrive. I had steak and it was not the best that I have had. The food was really blan and the kids really do not like their food either. I do not think that we will be going back again.
RecommendedThis place was great! We come fairly often for family dinners, they had gotten my order wrong and let the table keep the wrong order, brought me extra fries, brought me my right order fairly quickly AND then gave us a free pazookie! I was so grateful for all the care they put into our meal!
