I was surprised to see the check out line move quickly
Bjs as a whole is a great store great prices and nice people. But the deli department lacks horrible. Almost always one person working. Currently have been standing online for deli meat and two people in front of me and so far standing for a half hour. This happens every time .. one lady in front of me ordered three things and it has taken 20 minutes just for her.. if I was you I would avoid the deli department. As for bjs I would hire more people in that department.
As I post this the lines are lengthy and only 1 cashier open. The self checkout work sporadically before you need intervention by the checkout supervisor. Huge mistake in abolishing jobs at checkout not the job of customer to checkout!!!! Pathetic place to shop!!!!!
Great place to shop and find awesome deals. Great atmosphere and friendly customer service really makes it a special place to shop. Yes i would recommend BJ’s to a friend.
I like everything there except you can't open a store on a holiday weekend knowing it's gonna be busy with 2 cashiers. Self check out sucks cause the head cashier is busy so u have to wait for her to scan water or help with the computer. Then she looks aggravated and gives u an attitude like its your fault. Not good customer service. Oh and at customer service I felt bad for the girl only one worker with a huge line. Not fair. So that was my experience.
