Everyone was very kind. I explained to them that due to my disability I needed a pair of glasses that would allow me to read a large monitor that is 4-5 feet from my nose. They promised they could help. We did have to do the tests twice. The first time was rushed and the result wasn't anything close to optimal. I received my glasses after a week, and when I tried them out on my computer after coming home I find that I still cannot read my screen. So, still the wrong Rx and all my money has been wasted now.
