Rant to BJ's Wholesale on Osceola Parkway. Have had an account with them since 2013. Wasn't sure my card was still active so before I made the trip I called and talked to a young lady named Casey and asked if still active. She said no it was expired but it showed that I could still shop without paying the service fee. I asked was she sure and she checked again and said yes no extra charge. So I go to the "big box store"...where you have to purchase a membership....where people purchase "in bulk".....as a business owner...who visits my local store at least twice a week!!..... And when I go...ill buy 15 of "x"...10 of "y"...6-7 maybe of "z"....3 or 4 of "a"....and when i show up at the checkout...I've got 6-10 individual "sku's" (as they're called)....but maybe 40 items total.....that sometimes weigh upwards of 500 POUNDS total!
