I have an 6:45 pm appointment to have my tires installed. Upon arrival (45 minutes early) I was told “GOOD THING you showed up early! BECAUSE if you would have gotten here at the scheduled time I would have told you to GO AWAY” “Because you have BIG FRICKEN TIRES”!!! WOW GREAT ATTITUDE!! He then said it would take AT LEAST 2 hours. FYI Tire Kingdom and Tires Plus BOTH say they can install this set of tires in UNDER an hour. Bj’s optical “misplaced” my Versace eyeglass frames and didn’t notify me until 2 weeks after dropping off and paying for prescription lenses. Due to their policy they will not pay/replace with equal frames. You don’t misplace frames and not find them. They were stolen. Do not recommend bringing anything worth something to them.

It's been hit or miss here. Sometimes I go in and it's nothing short of awesome. Then other times it's pure hell. Unfortunately the last 3 times other than today...it's been hell.
