This is not something I normally do but thanks to your Team member HEATHER, I am taking the time to do this. She was very rude to me and i never made it past your entrance. It was exactly 8:54 pm on 11/25 at your osceola parkway location. You were getting ready to close and i was about to walk in. I made it clear to her that i was only looking for an ATM.
