We had to wait 2 hours, but it was the day after Christmas. When we did get in the nurse check Jo's condition, and said "I think you need to be in the ER. The doctor agreed and an ambulance was called. She is still in the hospital. Thank you Alton convenient care.
My daughter was in pain with an ear infection and I called at 9:30 thinking it was too late. They told me to come in so they could take care of her. They did just that. Everyone is so nice! I highly recommend the Urgent Care.

This is the BEST place to go for an urgent care facility! I pass 2 other places from my house to here and it's worth it! The entire staff is wonderful and I only pay my doctor copay every time we come-no surprise bills later!
