It was my first time going to an ob-gyn because I was having extreme pain and needed to see a doctor immediately. I got checked in, signed the paper that my information and testing results would only be disclosed to me only later to find out that they somehow charged my bill to my mother. Went in having trouble breathing. Did usual testing and all then staff was nice in person. On the phone however was the worst experience I have ever had. They call you and leave a message with a call back number. Sounds convenient right? It would be if they actually answered the phone! And when they do it is an automated message with no way to leave a name and callback number! I understand if it is busy, that is the nature of that kind of work. Made an appointment and was seen early and the people were so nice
They won't accept cash everything has to be on a credit card the staff is friendly and prompt the restrooms are clean
