BJC in Sunset Hills has a history of disorganization. 2 times I show up for an appointment and was told I didn't have one. Now I'm 35 minutes south so showing up with no appointment makes no since at all.. I run an office and I know the importance of appointments. I will not return

I've been going here over 15+ yrs. So far they've done pretty good by me. Except all my spine surgeries. Have wonderful surgeon, and only issue is that I'm still in pain. All the other drs are awesome. I'm getting on in yrs and hope they don't start looking at me as not worth helping. I have a lot of life and things to do left. Just need to get my horrid spine pain under control.
