Alton - Parking is a nightmare, especially for disabled patients. And the staff has an appointment problem. My mother had an appointment for One Year. Last week, received reminder phone call confirming appointment. She couldn't find a handicap parking spot. She can hardly walk. She arrived 10 minutes early, checked in and was told she was late! RecommendedDr. Andrew Fisher, an OB/GYN, is wonderful. I am posting this review from my husband's account as I do not have a separate Facebook. I saw my previous OB/GYN for nearly 15 years. She left practice to be a hospitalist. Dr. Fisher was recommended to me by my primary care physician. I saw him in Jan. 2019. He is compassionate and very intelligent. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. He is an asset to BJC Medical Group.
BJC Medical Group Orthopedics & Sports Medicine - Rudest staff! Be more professional. You cannot just cancel a patient's appointment.
The providers are very good but it is impossible to reach the office by phone to inquire about appointments. I have waited on hold for over 30 minutes as there was no option to leave a message.

DR Omotola did a great job with surgery on my right elbow, now looking to get the left one done with him. The Edwardsville Office and DR Stewart have also been very helpful and I appreciate their work.
My OBGYN, Dr. Cherese Collins, recently switched over to BJC Medical Group but does not begin until February 6th. I am in need of a refill on a prescription and was denied because I am a "new patient", when in fact, I have been seeing Dr. Collins for years. In order to "appease" me, the office manager told me that I could schedule an appointment with another physician so that my prescription could be refilled.
