I would give no stars , but Facebook doesn’t allow it. I see that many reviews are the same as what we are experiencing. Anyone who could pass on information about how they dealt with the building manager not proving their superiors contact info? Please message me!

In general BJB does a good job. The apartment/facilities were clean and in working order when we moved in. The can be a bit slow to respond to service requests, but the important stuff is handled quickly. Honestly a bit expensive for the quality of the residence but in our case we are paying for location as well. The only major complaint I have is that the internet amenity they provide "free of charge" is pretty worthless. We ended up having to purchase our own separately. Otherwise they do a fine job.

The position is good, there is a campus shuttle stop just next to the building. But the building seems to be a little old.
