RecommendedWe went there today around 2 pm and crowd was light. We were seated but at least 10 minutes elapsed before getting drink order. The waitress was friendly but extremely inexperienced I felt. They brought the wrong pasta, the wrong order of Brussel sprouts, then the other meals took close to 30 minutes. I was very disappointed as I have always had excellent food but not today. I ordered prime rib philly which was very dry and no taste. Favorite place to eat and tonight I had the worst experience. Thank you to the manager for taking care of the bill and understanding our frustrations. Staff in back and front of the house need better communication with each other and guests. Also make sure you’re bringing out the correct food to your tables. I tried to wait out as long as I could but the hair in my friends food was the last straw and we had to leave. It must have been an off night but I hope this location improves or else I won’t be back.
