Food was good but the service was very very slow. It took a while before they gave us a menu. I believe they were short staffed.
I don't remember the waiters name (but he knows who he is and I hope he gets a reward for his kindness) we went in at 12am for food Sept 4th after literally ALL of my important belongings get stolen when my friends car got broken into. He remembered the story and the fact that I was from out of town but LOVE BJ's food. He was super kind, and gave me a mini PB&J pizooki (he remembered that I said that one looked delicious) with a couple candles and hoped that my night gets better. First of all it took us 20 minutes to get seated which is understandable, second (and here comes the worst part) they gave us a waiter which was new (by the way it was 7 in our group) this new waiter didnt know what he was doing 25 minutes for water & another 15 minutes for our drinks,third we ordered our food and that took an hour & 10 minutes to get our food and to ask for more water which was another 10 minutes....all i got to say is wow!!!!...never again will i go there if and thats a big IF i ever go back out that way!!... read more
