Very helpful, professional and personable. When I was discriminated on my job they took my case very serious. During so they were in constant communication and guided me in my case. The lawyer decided that ADA-ACCESSIBLE parking isn't worth fighting. He was rude over the phone after I submitted the information about a university violating ADA parking spaces. The first 2 conversations were pleasant.
