Very happy with this building! The manager Tiffany and Lola at the front desk are amazing. They’re very accommodating and always there to help whenever you need something. Marcos the maintenance guy is always there to fix something whenever needed and works very hard. The amenities are great with everything you need ie pool, gym, guest parking, etc. Location is great if you’re a downtown person.
Great building, lovely neighbors and the management/office team (Tiffany & Lola) are amazing! The maintenance guy Marcos is amazing! There isn't anything that he can't fix or do! If there are ever any issues all you have to do is contact the office and it will be fixed promptly and in a timely manner.
I have lived at the Bixel at 5th property for over three years now and I must say it is a wonderful place to live near the border of Westlake and DTLA. The units are still new and come with many useful amenities, such as a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher, an air conditioner, an oven, a microwave, and a sizable refrigerator. The best part of living at Bixel, should any of these appliances have an issue, simply put in a work order on the property website and they will fix or replace the appliance as soon as possible. It's been 2 years of me living here and it's been great. Heated pool, spa , gym , security, parking included is one of the best things I found in Dtla area. The staff are amazing with service calls and when an issue comes up. Overall, good complex if you can get a unit an the people that live here ar great, friendly when you walk in and out. .
Management is great and easy to work with and the amenities are nice. Great place to live :)
