I went to bixby thinking they were a reputable company, I paid good money for my glasses and have had nothing but issues, as far as they had to remake my glasses, now they need repair already haven’t had them 2 months was told by tech I used the pliers and pinched them nothing more we can do. ARE YOU KIDDING ME I want reimbursed what I’ve paid plus want my insurance to be reimbursed as well I’m so frustrated 😡
