Family doctor I went to Dr. Bitza for nearly 5 years. He's one of the best Drs I've ever had.
RecommendedI was his patient up until a few months ago. He really cares about his patients and it shows in the work that he does. He is a very caring and understanding person who takes all of your needs into consideration before he making any kind of diagnosis. He looks up every drug you take before rxing something that has potentially harmful side effects or harmful interactions. He takes his time with you as well. Dr Ronald Bitza is an excellent Doctor!! I have been seeing Doctor Ronald Bitza for 17 years now. I have moved about 2 hrs away but I know one thing that whenever something is going on with me I can go see doctor Bitza and he knows exactly what’s going on and how to solve it. He is kind, understanding and very patient. I hope I never lose him as a doctor. Thank you Dr Bitza for caring for my health. You are an awesome doc. The staff is a bit noisy and need to understand a little something something called HEPPA.
This guy is friendly and okay. Getting old and I would never refer him to anyone. He simply wrote prescriptions and when the laws changed had his staff call and dump every patient that was on controlled substance. So, he doesn't care about people in the long run. His office staff is rude and hated always going there. Will retire soon and need too!! Now to old to care. Fast and doesn't want to spend time he needs to with patient and paperwork. He is burn't out. No doubt of that. Pass him.
This was probably the worst experience I've ever had at a doctors office . The medical assistant at this office was rude, unfriendly and questioning my personal choice to decline a Pap smear. I have always had a Gyno do a woman well check every year, my primary always did my blood work , chest X-rays , etc. . The medical assistant started questioning me and was extremely rude. I believe it's my choice where I choose to have it done . I refuse to be bullied by an MA. The doctor was nice.
FRONT OFFICE STAFF IS VERY RUDE!! ESPECIALLY GEORGIA!!! SHE SHOULD BE FIRED!!!! DR. IS SOME WHAT OK. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANY OF MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS!!!!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU IN THE FRONT AT ALL!
The staff can be pretty rude and somewhat non caring..dr. bitza is great the the staff is way below average in skills and friendliness
