The friendly family atmosphere at Bittners certainty makes going to the dentist less unpleasant. I feel that all those involved in my care are sincere in their concern for my overall oral health. I have had negative experiences in the past with unscrupulous dentists and tend to be overly suspicious. Fortunately I don't feel like a commodity with this group.

I am a new patient and am very satisfied with the care I received at my first appointment. I met with several people (including the front desk staff, a hygienist, a dental assistant and Dr. Bittner) and they were ALL super friendly and caring. I normally have some anxiety issues when going to dental appointments, (even for routine cleanings) but this time went surprising well. I loved how thorough they were and how they took time to explain everything in detail. Overall, a great experience!
