We've used Rick a couple times for electrical stuff-replacing light switches that didn't work. He also fixed some blinds whose pull cords weren't working. Rick cleaned our gutters and roof. He is reasonably priced, reliable, polite and his English is quite good. I recommend him highly.
It was a pleasure working with Rick of Bitterman Carpentry. He met me at the SF Design Center to pick up a piece of furniture for a client, and modified it by drilling holes in the back to accomodate tv components. The work was very detailed and efficient. And he is very reliable and professional. I will call on Bitterman Carpentry again for future interior design project needs.
Rick is a very good handyman. He did a fine job hanging new doors, building handrails, etc. for us. He is very good at scheduling and follow up, a rarity in his professions. Most of all, however, he is an empathetic and caring person who does whatever it takes to make sure his client happy & satisfied. I highly recommend him.

Rick helped me with discovering blocked gutters, even the gutter people never got it right. Then installed new PVC pipes in the garage.It was a pleasure to work with Rick. He is very personable, punctual and fair. He knows his stuff and has top of line tools of any imaginable type. I would highly recommend Rick for your house repair needs.
