Been fighting with my computer for 2 weeks! I’m a photographer and full time nursing student so my computer is MY LIFE! BITS was able to completely update, upgrade, and fix my computer in just 3 days 😭 something 2 weeks worth of sitting on the phone with Microsoft itself (they left me on hold for 3 hours), geek squad, and myself couldn’t figure out. And they were so reasonable with pricing. So happy to have my baby back!! Definitely recommend.
I’ve had my MacBook Pro since 2014, the past 2 years it’s been running VERY VERY slow. Recently my screen started doing odd things so I brought it in for them to evaluate. KJ is very professional and gave me a time frame in which he expedited as much as he could to get my laptop back to me as I needed it the following weekend. I highly recommend BITS for your computer needs. They are very quick, provide an unbiased opinion, all while being fairly priced. They made my 2012 MAC book run like it is a 2018!
BITS did a fantastic job of fixing my computer when I had issues. Travis was very professional and kind. I would definitely recommend to friends and will return in the future if I have any additional needs.
Bits did a great job replacing my screen on my iPhone when I used them after a mishap. I was told up front that there were two screen options, an aftermarket, and an oem Apple screen. I walked out paying bottom dollar, and my phone working as expected. BITS will definitely be seeing me again as a return customer after any future mishaps that I may encounter.
One of the only business that repair phones who gives lifetime warranties on after market parts! I highly suggest theirs services!
