The charging port in my Galaxy Note 3 wasn't working. They replaced the port and it works GREAT! Super fast..great service! will definatley use BITS again for any repairs we need!
Saw a Groupon for these guys. Just happened to have a completely shattered screen on my 5C. Called to make sure they could repair, went in today, was out in 30 minutes w phone good as new. Service was fabulous. Super friendly very knowledgable. Hopefully won't need them frequently but recommend B.I.T.S. for anyone w smartphone or PC repairs needs.

I wouldn't trust anyone other than TJ to work on my Computer
I had a cracked iPhone 5c screen, and they repaired it in 20 minutes! Best price in town and super friendly staff! Great experience!
