What a great place to go and workout, this club has it all from great trainers to every kind of exercise machine, to free weights, stairsteppers, treadmills, bikes and two amazing pools. Plus a lot more. Oh i can't forget the Bethany bistro which offers healthy delicious food, protein shakes, smoothies and more. The food is made to order- very fresh. So I could go on and on. This club has changed my life in a physical and mental way.
New management/new ownership. Definitely a few improvements that make the Club better than ever. Classy place and so glad the crook that owned it before is gone. People seem to be coming back. Nice job BAC!
I am an original member and stayed with the club through some tough times. So glad I did. I love water aerobics and the friends I have made in the class. The staff has worked really hard to make this a great place to spend a few hours!
