RecommendedI love how from the heart of BAC, it’s about becoming a better version of ourselves. The community is family oriented and refreshing. It’s the place we all want to be!
RecommendedI go just about every day. I love the amount of sunlight; lots of windows! Warm staff and clientele. I usually do one class (yoga or tai chi) and then hit the top floor to use the machines (bike and weights). Machines are always working, facility is clean. I love seeing so many families use it. Ditto older folks. Great Bistro! Protein balls, chef's specials and cajun fries 😃
RecommendedI go practically every day. I do wish there was more kid programming, and free or community events where we could bring friends and potential members, but overall a great experience. All of the instructors I’ve experienced are wonderful.
Just got the news today that I am going to have to pay about 70% more starting this month. I never heard about a club doing this. No notice at all. Terrible place to go if they don’t care about the clientele.
RecommendedMy son is the most devoted runner I have ever known, besides my brother Steve Prefontaine. He is always there, always willing to work with you, and in it to win it for you. Take it from me he will give you a great work out. So call him and schedule a run with him or a work out. He is the best there is.

RecommendedFriday night out was a success. Thanks to the amazing staff at the kids central Bethany Athletic Club, my kids got to have a full 3 hours of great time, halloween party, face painting, trick or treating, snacks, pumpkin painting and lots of fun while we were having adult time. This is the second time that we tried the night out at BAC, first time included dinner, snacks and movie and was as successful as the second time so we are definitely signing up for more. RecommendedOhhhh the many class options. Indoor heated pool. Indoor walking/running track. And so much equipment. And when you’re done, there’s a bistro right there.
